If I could be someone else for a day, who would you be with my friend

Because he is my old classmate and he is very bright in his academic but as we all know depression is a phase we all been Through and someone has to be on that crucial phase of life so yeah I would like to spend time with him ❤️ (anyone out there who came across on this post I would say depression or any sort of issues are for moment keep your self positive nothing last forever even your worst of the worst depression can’t stand a chance against your will and positive attitude ❤️

This is how I overcome my anxiety and 4.6years long OCD(obsessive compulsive disorder)

This is how I felt

I was 18 years old when I first encountered panic attack ,shortness of breath,anxiety,fatigue and overthinking which gradually surrounds me I usually hit by 2 or 4 panic attack a day I didn’t know what to do even asking someone for help was like burden to my chest I would rather bear the pain than reach out for help I was very scared to talk to people because I felt like someone is after me who wish me to die or will kill me at any moment.I got strange feeling that I won’t survive today every single day for past 4 years and half.my social life was destroyed as well as my education and my dream every time a wake up from my bed I felt some pain on my right chest which is beyond explanation.at that point I couldn’t control my thoughts and I barely differentiate the reality and my imagination my mind was accepting my imagination as my reality and doubt the presence of people and event around me

The good thing was I got my supportive parents at moment I need most

My dad new that I was dealing with psycho social problem and surprisedly he was been too on his early 20s which he clearly understood what I was dealing with he comfort me with he’s wise word his experience and shared me his story which gave me some ray of hope

At first I reject to visit psychiatry because I felt embarrassment and what relatives and neighbors will think of me then after some counseling I finally made mind to visit local doctor who listened me profoundly for 15 minutes and he prescribed me bunch of medicines and pills 💊 which most of them are 500 mg and I do know those medicines till this date like I been through just recently anyways “life is like a sailing boat tide comes and goes that’s the where beauty lies on it”

HOW CAN YOU TOO GAIN SUB FOR YOU YOUTUBE CHANNEL ?

Im gonna right on points to keeep it simple and more understandable to you

1) First you need to find out your (neich)content category

For examples :- Art,singing ,cooking,traveling, vlog, tech related and more depending on you internet or something you’re good at

For me art was best for me to start (even though I need still more practice)

2) you have to be consistent and attractive to keep your audience to click and watch your video

3) never ever upload irrelevant and apart from your channel content it will distract your audience and yt will confuse to rank your video

4) very simple never gave up and your content most be original and worth watching and sure your channel will grow much faster than anyone else
